• Managed complex cross-team initiatives in an AI or engineering organisation, keeping contributors aligned and equipped to move at pace.
• Created documentation, communication systems, or team rituals that transformed how teams collaborate and share information.
• Taken ownership for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including organising people, managing dependencies, and maintaining operational cadence.
• Thrived in roles where precision, structure, and detail were essential, and found genuine satisfaction in keeping complex work organised.
