Technical Programme Manager

We're building an AI-powered platform that enables critical decisions in the insurance industry. As a Technical Programme Manager, you'll orchestrate the delivery of high-impact initiatives, ensuring clear sequencing, aligned dependencies, and predictable progress. You'll work with diverse teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and maintain a joined-up view of risks, dependencies, and issues across complex initiatives.

Requirements

• Delivered complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within technology, SaaS, or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated success in orchestrating multi-team initiatives, aligning sequencing and dependencies to achieve predictable outcomes.
• Built and maintained delivery artefacts and trackers that drive clarity and accountability across teams.
• Led structured rollout strategies for new products or features, ensuring readiness across internal and customer-facing teams.
• Proactively identified and managed risks, dependencies, and blockers, coordinating effective mitigation plans.
• Fostered strong relationships across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, using clear communication to drive alignment and action.
