Job Description
HyperionDev is seeking a Group Head of Legal to oversee all legal aspects of their business. This role involves working with international law firms, managing compliance, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring legal soundness while facilitating scalable growth. The Head of Legal will be part of a leadership team focused on expansion and working directly with the CEO and Partnerships team.
Requirements
- Admitted attorney with an LLB degree
- 10+ years in-house legal experience
- 5+ years leadership role experience
- 1+ year experience with English and Welsh law cases
- Strong contract negotiation, corporate law, and compliance skills
- Experience with startups/international business
- Experience with managing law firms and budgets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
