Head of Partnerships (Blockchain/DeFi）

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to enhance ecosystem expansion, adoption, and active participation. Key responsibilities include establishing strategic alliances, negotiating partnerships, and cultivating relationships with industry organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles
• At least 3 years of experience in the Web3/DeFi sectors
• Established networks within Web3 ecosystems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically
