Head of Partnerships (Blockchain/DeFi) responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to enhance ecosystem expansion, adoption, and participation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, including at least 3 years in the Web3/DeFi sectors.
- Established networks within Web3 ecosystems are required.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
