Job Description
Hyphen Connect is a founder-led recruitment firm specializing in sourcing talent for Web3 teams globally. They are seeking a BD / Sales Manager to expand their client base, identify new opportunities, and close partnerships with Web3 companies scaling and hiring. The role involves engaging potential clients, building a pipeline of leads, and collaborating with the delivery team.
Requirements
- Identify and engage potential Web3 clients (protocols, DAOs, infrastructure, NFT, gaming, DePIN, etc.)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring leads and warm founder intros
- Pitch Hyphen Connect’s recruitment services and value proposition
- Qualify hiring needs, team structure, and urgency with potential clients
- Attend virtual / IRL events to source leads
