Web3 or Blockchain Developer (RWA & Tokenization), HK/CHina

We are seeking a Web3 or Blockchain Developer to support our tokenized electric vehicle ecosystem and real estate project. The successful candidate will have experience in blockchain development, tokenization, and RWA projects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in blockchain development
• Hands-on exposure to tokenization or RWA projects
• Basic proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
• Experience implementing simple token standards (ERC-20/721) for RWAs
• Familiarity with RWA fundamentals: off-chain asset linking, oracles, and basic compliance
• Experience with a front-end JavaScript framework (e.g., React) and Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers.js)
• Understanding of blockchain basics (transactions, wallets, gas optimization) and version control (Git)
