Web3 or Blockchain Developer (RWA & Tokenization), HK/CHina

We are seeking a Web3 or Blockchain Developer to assist in developing and deploying smart contracts for tokenizing real-world assets, including electric vehicle ecosystem and real estate assets, using standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, or ERC-1400 for compliance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in blockchain development
• Basic proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
• Experience implementing simple token standards (ERC-20/721) for RWAs
• Familiarity with RWA fundamentals: off-chain asset linking, oracles, and basic compliance
• Experience with a front-end JavaScript framework (e.g., React) and Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers.js) for DApp connectivity
