As the Head of Commercial Venue Negotiation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global venue strategy, leading high-stakes negotiations, and securing strategic partnerships with host cities and venues. You will work closely with General Managers worldwide to ensure unified global standards and secure the best venues, unlock government subsidies, and protect our market lead.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in Strategic Procurement, Venue Management, or Event Sales
• Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals in the European sports or event landscape
• Master negotiator who navigates complex legal and commercial structures
• Strategic and analytical thinker who can use economic impact data to influence private operators and public government officials
• Experience leading cross-functional groups and advising decentralized teams
• Strong communication skills, with English as a primary language and German a plus
• Results-oriented and passionate about the HYROX DNA
