Job Description
Iambic Therapeutics is seeking a skilled Research Scientist to join their Computational Sciences group. The role involves applying advanced machine learning techniques to drug discovery, collaborating with various teams to accelerate research and identify promising therapeutic candidates. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ML, knowledge of the drug discovery process, and a drug-hunter mindset.
Requirements
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models
- Apply ML to prioritize virtual molecules
- Partner with computational chemists, medicinal chemists and biologists
- Serve as a bridge between the bench and computational platforms
- Translate scientific questions into computational workflows
- Present results to project teams
- Collaborate with ML group to optimize model performance
