We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to join Iambic Therapeutics as our first in-house recruiting hire.
Requirements
- Own full life cycle recruiting end-to-end: posting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and closing
- Build and execute Iambic’s recruiting strategy across Software, AI/ML, Chemistry, Biology and Clinical roles
- Serve as a strategic partner for leaders and hiring managers regarding recruiting plans and practices that support the goals of the organization
- Manage and improve a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what’s working well and areas to improve
- Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in a competitive market with highly sought after roles
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to its fullest extent, maintaining all pertinent application information and ensuring data integrity
