Job Description
A fast-growing web development, PR, and marketing agency is seeking a Business Development Representative to support its global business development team. This role involves reaching out to prospects, closing deals, and managing client relationships. The position requires excellent communication and time-zone flexibility, particularly within the Finance and FinTech sectors.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or telesales
- Comfortable engaging with international clients, especially in finance, trading, or tech
- Proven experience booking meetings or closing deals from warm or cold leads
- Familiar with using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outreach workflows
- Highly self-motivated, responsive, and performance-oriented
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
