Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role (VP of Sales, Sales Director, Head of Sales).
- Extensive experience and a strong network within the Employer of Record (EOR) and Recruiting industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies in both Indonesian and international markets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
