• Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
• Extensive experience within Employer of Record (EOR) and Recruiting industries
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies in both Indonesian and international markets
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and regulatory environment
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
