Job Description
The Senior Lecturer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a highly engaged and productive student body at the Institute of Business Studies (IBS). The position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining a modern academic function that promotes student management best practices. The Senior Lecturer will oversee and manage the entire lecturing process, ensuring all students are engaged academically and socially.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Higher in Economics or any Business related course
- At least 3 years experience in teaching
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students and all levels of employees and management
- Excellent business judgement, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to review programme design on a regular basis to ensure compliance with quality standards and academic regulations
