ICAO Roster-Flight Operations Expert

The Field Operations Section is seeking a Part-time ICAO Roster-Flight Operations Expert to advise and assist with reviewing and revising regulations concerning the operational certification and surveillance of operators, establish and oversee the initial operation of a Flight Operations Department, provide guidance and on-the-job training to national counterparts, and perform other related duties.
