Job Description
The Field Operations Section is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure of Technical Assistance (TA) and Technical Cooperation (TC) projects. The ICAO Roster-Flight Operations Inspector will review existing civil aviation legislation and flight operations regulations, assist with conducting workshops, and advise on certification functions.
Requirements
- Review existing civil aviation legislation and flight operations regulations
- Assist with conducting workshops and providing on-the-job training
- Advise on and assist national inspectors with performing flight operations certification functions
- Assist with the development and execution of an annual flight operations surveillance programme
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training during certification and inspection missions
- Advise on and assist with supervising the review, revision and approval of operations manuals
- Perform other related duties
