Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Spacecraft Hardware team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our engineering solutions meet Aerospace quality requirements. You will contribute to trade studies, design reviews, and verification and production qualification documentation, and collaborate with suppliers, supply chain, and QA department to ensure our products are compliant with launch and on-orbit environments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries
• Experience in designing satellites structures, subsystems or similar complex electromechanical systems
• Understanding of mechanical stress, vibration, and thermal effects on space structures & mechanisms
• Ability to work cross-functionally with systems, electrical, and manufacturing teams
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ECSS, NASA, MIL
• Strong team working, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
