Job Description
ICEYE is seeking an AIT Engineering Team Lead to head a critical technical team focused on the manufacturing, testing, and production of satellites. This role involves leading a team of senior and staff engineers, ensuring reliability and scalability of satellite production, and driving improvements in design and processes. ICEYE is a global leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, revolutionizing Earth observation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development, integration, testing, or production of complex systems.
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary engineering environments, with mentoring experience.
- Deep technical knowledge in electronics, mechanical, systems, or software engineering.
- Familiarity with integration, verification, production ramp-up, and configuration management.
- A systems engineering mindset and ability to identify problems across interfaces.
- Experience supporting technical and production readiness reviews (PDR, CDR, PRR).
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
