Manager, People (HR) Operations

The Manager, People (HR) Operations at ID.me will be responsible for leading and managing the People Operations team in delivering exceptional service and driving process excellence. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and People Operations, this role will oversee HR service delivery, ensure compliance, enhance the employee experience, and provide the infrastructure needed to scale as ID.me continues to grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of People Operations experience, including experience managing HR service delivery, compliance, and process optimization.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
