Assistant or Associate Dean of Student Services

The Assistant/Associate Dean of Student Services at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine provides leadership for the Office of Student Services, responsible for administrative operations, student policy development, and program oversight. Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and/or seven years of related experiences with supervisory/staff development.
• Experience in Osteopathic or Allopathic Medical College.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
• Knowledge of Student Services development and continuous improvement.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated good judgment.
• Ability to relate to diverse student populations.
