Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in academic leadership roles (Assistant Dean, Associate Dean, Dean)
- Budget management authority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive organizational skills
- Doctoral degree in Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certification from AOA or ABMS
- Proficiency in teaching, instructional design, and academic leadership
