The Dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a full-time individual to lead and oversee the College's operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of administrative, budgetary, and academic operations. The Dean will focus on student success, maintaining curriculum integrity, and fostering a positive culture for faculty, staff, and learners, serving as a connector and strategist within the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in academic leadership roles (Assistant Dean, Associate Dean, Dean)
• Budget management authority
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive organizational skills
• Doctoral degree in Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certification from AOA or ABMS
• Proficiency in teaching, instructional design, and academic leadership
