Job Description
IDEA Public Schools is seeking a School Counselor Applicant Pool to identify candidates with a passion for students and families. This role focuses on leading campus engagement, social-emotional learning programs, and mental health support, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. The School Counselor will collaborate with various school teams to create and implement strategies that drive student success and academic outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Previous experience in a school or school setting
- Valid TX School Counselor certification or counseling licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-S, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LMFT)
- Tenure in an organization (with a valid license or certification)
