Manufacturing Technician - Winder

The Manufacturing Technician/Winder performs an array of general production functions in the manufacture of Ideal products, including coil winding, assembly, press operation, and spot welding. This full-time role is based in Mansfield, Ohio.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or certified equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand prints, use logic, and troubleshoot problems
• Teamwork approach with excellent communication skills
• Experience operating various manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes is helpful
• Experience with large motors, generators, and rotating equipment is helpful
