Job Description
You will be responsible for building and scaling idealo's Retail Media business on the brand side, developing the go-to-market strategy for brand partners, and building scalable activation models for onsite and offsite solutions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Brand Sales, Retail Media, or Digital Advertising (retailers, RMNs, media agencies, or platforms)
- Strong expertise in selling onsite and offsite advertising products
- Deep understanding of brand and performance KPIs and how to connect them effectively
- Experience in building sales teams and processes
- Strong customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to translate complex data and products into clear customer value
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to build and shape a new business area
- Fluent English- and German skills
