(Senior) CRM Manager(m/f/d)

We're looking for a passionate and strategic CRM Manager to join our team. You'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, reactivating dormant users and creating meaningful, data-driven CRM experiences.

Requirements

• Strong background in CRM, email, and mobile marketing
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Media Management, or a related field
• Several years of hands-on experience in CRM or App Marketing, ideally within e-commerce
• Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Braze, or Emarsys, and comfortable using analytics platforms
• Data-driven and confident working with metrics; ideally familiar with SQL, HTML, or AMPscript
• Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into impactful campaigns
• Proactive, collaborative communicator with excellent English skills; German is a plus
