We're looking for a passionate and strategic CRM Manager to join our team. As a CRM Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, reactivating dormant users and creating meaningful, data-driven CRM experiences.
Requirements
- Strong background in CRM, email, and mobile marketing
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Media Management, or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience in CRM or App Marketing, ideally within e-commerce
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Braze, or Emarsys, and comfortable using analytics platforms
- Data-driven and confident working with metrics
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into impactful campaigns
- Proactive, collaborative communicator with excellent English skills; German is a plus
