The company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, cost, cycle-time, and safety goals are met.

Requirements

• Developing, evaluating, improving, and documenting manufacturing processes
• Analyzing manufacturing process flows for quality, cost reduction, and throughput
• Collaborating with design engineering through a stage gate product development process
• Conferring with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange equipment, parts, or material purchase
• Estimating staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs
• Working closely with manufacturing department to develop and implement technical training
• Designing and developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products
• Providing engineering support for production department(s) to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Leading root cause analysis, corrective action, and report generation for product returns and customer complaints
• Initiating, justifying, and implementing capital equipment
