Requirements
- Design, develop, and industrialize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment
- Analyze product flows to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework, and variation
- Provide hands-on support to resolve manufacturing issues, optimize throughput, and maintain high operational readiness of production equipment
- Perform root-cause analysis using engineering principles and statistical tools to solve problems effectively and sustainably
- Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent product quality
- Partner with engineering, production supervisors, quality inspectors, planners, and technicians to achieve daily production objectives
- Lead or support new product introductions by developing initial process flows, prototype builds, and production-scale manufacturing solutions
- Coordinate vendor engagement related to tooling, equipment upgrades, and process improvements
- Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, ergonomics, equipment uptime, and cost efficiency
