Requirements

• Evaluate and prepare designs, processes, and equipment to meet project requirements
• Plan and drive projects to ensure in-scope, on-time, and on-cost development and delivery
• Manage and lead projects from Explore to Implementation stage
• Determine root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems/products/processes
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure full clarity of project status
• Prepare full engineering design drawings using 3D CAD software
• Ensure full project documentation and change control complies with PPE quality systems
• Agree and control the design freeze stage of allocated projects/new products
• Lead special projects, existing or new product/tooling and process improvements
• Participate in the development and maintenance of new business processes
