Requirements
- Comprehensive supervision of hardware and software inventory, ensuring license control and assets, including Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Advanced administration of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and management and optimization of environments in SharePoint Online.
- Management of identities, permissions, and access in corporate environments (LDAP, Microsoft 365, Business Central, Jira, and other internal systems).
- Coordination and supervision of external microcomputer providers and teams, ensuring optimal levels of service.
- Management and verification of backup systems, as well as periodic planning, maintenance, and testing of business continuity and contingency plans.
- Administration and support in Linux environments, ensuring good performance, security, and availability.
- Technical and operational documentation, especially aligned with frameworks and standards like ISO 27001, ENS, or other security standards, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Definition, follow-up, and analysis of KPIs and service metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
- Promoting and supporting collaborative processes through Microsoft tools, promoting good practices throughout the organization.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of internal IT methodologies, processes, standards, and policies.
- Participating in the evolution, optimization, and standardization of technological infrastructure, bringing vision and value proposals.
