Responsable Performance et qualité des programmes (F/H)

IÉSEG is recruiting a Performance and Quality Programs Manager to implement, monitor, and continuously improve the portfolio of programs in close collaboration with various services. The ideal candidate has a minimum Bac + 5 and experience in higher education, academic management, or pedagogical innovation.

Requirements

• Support the management of the strategy and pedagogical evolution
• Contribute to strategic thinking on the evolution of training programs
• Centralize, analyze and synthesize key data for each program in the portfolio
• Perform benchmarks, comparative studies and analyses to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with the pedagogical management to promote the deployment of innovative pedagogy in the prototypes
• Deployment and quality management
• Set up quality management and assurance tools
• Follow quality action plans and their proper deployment in programs
• Consolidate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making
• Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits
• Follow-up of the implementation of academic development projects
• Transversal collaboration
