IÉSEG is recruiting a Performance and Quality Programs Manager to implement, monitor, and continuously improve the portfolio of programs in close collaboration with various services. The ideal candidate has a minimum Bac + 5 and experience in higher education, academic management, or pedagogical innovation.
Requirements
- Support the management of the strategy and pedagogical evolution
- Contribute to strategic thinking on the evolution of training programs
- Centralize, analyze and synthesize key data for each program in the portfolio
- Perform benchmarks, comparative studies and analyses to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the pedagogical management to promote the deployment of innovative pedagogy in the prototypes
- Deployment and quality management
- Set up quality management and assurance tools
- Follow quality action plans and their proper deployment in programs
- Consolidate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making
- Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits
- Follow-up of the implementation of academic development projects
