• Excellent understanding of higher education issues and innovative pedagogical methods
• Project management mastery (methodology, planning, follow-up)
• Solid analytical, synthesis, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative spirit
• Mastery of office tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of quality approaches and/or accreditation procedures
