Country Manager - Thailand

Igloo is a fast-growing full-stack insurtech firm looking to expand regionally. As a Country Manager in Thailand, you will lead Igloo's operations, focusing on business development, partnerships, marketing, and operations. You will own the country’s P&L and contribute to shaping commercial and product strategies. The role requires a leader who prioritizes teamwork, growth, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, operations, or management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights.
• Fluency in English.
