The position is for a hospitality receptionist who greets guests with a friendly and helpful attitude, registers arrivals, manages check-in/check-out procedures, maintains customer service, and assists with currency exchange. Knowledge of IHG Rewards Club and other property programs is also expected.

• Registration and guest arrival recording.
• Maintaining guest information in hotel systems.
• Cash handling and currency exchange.
• Complaint resolution and guest inquiries.
• General knowledge of IHG procedures.
