Requirements

• Managing and delegating daily food and beverage duties.
• Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities, and stock levels.
• Managing food and beverage standards and revenue.
• Supervising multiple teams and managing kitchens/food outlets for 500 people.
• Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
• Must speak local language.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit/valid health/food handler card.
