Duty Manager

IHG is seeking a Duty Manager to lead their team, ensure guest experiences, and contribute to overall hotel performance. This role involves managing guest interactions, team leadership, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• 2 years’ front desk/guest service leader experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Basic mathematics skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
• Long periods of standing in front of desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy items
• Working knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
