Meeting & Event Executive 会务销售及统筹主任

This role is focused on meeting and event executive roles within the hotel. The position involves understanding key sectors targeted by the hotel, leveraging sectorial/account expertise, and ensuring seamless execution of events. This includes strong communication with teams, customer relationship management, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Requirements

• Develop a strong understanding of key sectors targeted by the hotel.
• Prepare Weekly Events Forecast and seize upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of Master Invoice to customers and facilitate payment.
• Work closely with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments.
• Monitor and manage the group.
