Meeting & Event Manager 会务销售及统筹经理

The meeting and event manager will develop deep industry and account expertise, prepare weekly event forecasts and sales opportunities, ensure timely payment and customer relationship management. They will work closely with various departments to consolidate accounts and follow up on client feedback to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements

• Develop deep understanding of key sectors targeted by hotel.
• Prepare Weekly Events Forecast and seize upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of Master Invoice to customers and facilitate payment.
• Work closely with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments.
• Supervise, manage and train Crowne Meeting Executives and Crowne Meeting Coordinators.
• Monitor and follow up on event feedback.
• Coordinate safety and security initiatives.
