Specialist - Compensation & Benefits

Manage and implement compensation and benefits for employees working predominantly from a remote work structure, including end-to-end payroll implementation, automation of HR Ops, and streamlining HRIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration studies
• Min 5 years of experience in a C&B focused role
• Advanced knowledge of any HRIS systems
• Expert level in MS Excel and mid-level expertise in other MS Office modules
