IT Application Analyst

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Functional and Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Business Application Solutions to support and optimize IFS ERP, Salesforce, Agile PLM, and reporting/analytics tools. This role involves operational excellence, enhancing business systems, and driving project management. The ideal candidate will provide support and ensure the smooth running of applications, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• B.S. Information Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, or business analytics tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and financial reporting, especially in an Aerospace and project environment preferred
• Knowledge of key BI and analytics concepts and technologies
• Experience with relational database technology, application programming, SQL, scripting languages, and Power Queries
• Demonstrated experience in the support and/or implementation of business application software packages
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and work prioritization skills
• Working in a professional office environment
