Job Description
IIRR, a leading rural development organization focused on climate-smart agriculture and sustainable supply chains, is seeking a Senior Advisor to design and implement programs enhancing the sustainability, traceability, and equity of rural supply chains. This role involves working closely with producer cooperatives, local enterprises, and brand partners to pilot regenerative models and replicate them regionally.
Requirements
- 8 – 12 years’ applied experience in sustainable sourcing, agricultural value chains, or ethical trade.
- Technical expertise in regenerative agriculture, natural-fiber production, or supply-chain traceability.
- Demonstrated field experience in Southeast Asia or Africa.
- Strong analytical, data-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
