Job Description
IKS Health is seeking to hire a Profee Medical Coder. The position is responsible for providing coding and abstracting services for clients on physician medical records using ICD 10-CM, CPS, and CPT coding systems.
Requirements
- Reviews medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures relative to the patient's health care encounter.
- Ensures appropriate DRG assignment.
- Consistently meet productivity and quality performance requirements.
- Participates in industry forums and support coding education within the team.
