SR Analista Salesforce Marketing Cloud

At iilah, we're looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to support the development of strategies for multi-channel customer journeys and apply best practices of CRM, email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. The ideal candidate will have experience in the previdência, seguros, and financial institutions sector and hold certifications in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator.

Requirements

• Graduation in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• Previous experience in the previdência, seguros, and financial institutions sector
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
• Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
• Experience in Scrum/Agile projects
• Familiarity with the Atlassian and Google suite
