Job Description
As European Proteomics Sales Specialist at Illumina, you will contribute to the commercial expansion efforts for Illumina’s proteomics product portfolio across Europe. The role will drive geographical, market and application expansion to meet financial targets and growth needs of the European region in this segment.
Requirements
- Significant experience in sales (life sciences or related industries required)
- Experience in multiomics and proteomics field (e.g., mass spectrometry, proteomics and multiomics methods using next generation sequencing) is preferred
- Experience and understanding of genomic technologies and how they can be utilized in the proteomics market
- The ability to evaluate new market opportunities
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; Proficiency in English is a must
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proven ability to lead and influence a broad spectrum of constituents (product management, sales, etc.) with divergent interests to create a defined and focused course of action
