Illumination is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS management, employee leaves, compliance, and the day-to-day HR experience that keeps our studio running smoothly.

Requirements

• Own and manage biweekly payroll processing
• Administer and maintain the HRIS (UKG Pro)
• Manage employee leaves of absence
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook
• Ensure the company’s required Compliance
