Manager, Behavioral Health

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on providing 24/7 virtual care and behavioral support for children with medical complexity. This remote manager role oversees a team of supervisors, overseeing behavioral health therapists, care managers, and assistants. The role involves strategic planning, performance management, and collaboration with clinical and human resources teams. There will be a 10% travel requirement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related area
• Must be licensed in TX, MO, or LA (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
• 5 years of experience post independent licensure in a behavioral health setting
• 3 years of experience in management/supervision of mental health providers (experience in remote/start-ups preferred)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and their caregivers
• Experience with chart auditing and training to improvement-oriented outcomes
• Experience working with high-risk behavioral health populations
• Strong preference and comfort ability conducting triage assessments and crisis interventions
• Diligent regarding documentation standards and accustomed to using electronic medical records
