Patient Engagement Associate (Remote)

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Associate to support the enrollment and onboarding process for prospective members of their virtual, first and home medical, behavioral, and social care program. The role involves outbound calls, communicating value propositions, addressing parent/family questions, scheduling handoffs, documenting calls and data in a CRM, and identifying unenrolled families. This is a customer-facing position focused on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Reliable internet access
• Minimum of one year of experience in a metrics-driven, performance-based outreach, customer service or call center environment
