Job Description
Tandem is seeking a Provider Engagement Associate to own the onboarding experience for new healthcare providers. This hands-on, client-facing role involves training sessions, system improvement, and providing feedback to help providers successfully integrate the Tandem platform. It's a demanding role requiring autonomy, empathy, and a fast-paced work ethic.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or training
- Strong user empathy, especially for providers and staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and context switching
- Ability to master new technology tools quickly
