Job Description
The Biomed Engineer will perform quality technical calls and services for customers, supervising junior and newly hired engineers. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, reporting accurately, and supporting logistics operations, with a focus on adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance procedures as per Manufacturers specs & Imdad’s SLA.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Report service contracts and related opportunities.
- Support logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic, and English)
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomed or Electronics
